What a wonderful day it was to be at the zoo! We had a fabulous day together seeing all sorts of amazing animals. Your child should be exhausted tonight and I would guess an early bedtime is in their future. I know it is certainly in mine! Have your child tell you their favorite part about our zoo adventure today. A HUGE thank you to all 7 parents who took time out of their day to come along with us. Your company was so appreciated and you helped us make so many wonderful first grade memeories. Thank you!
We were sad to have three class members missing today. Please be sure you are having your child wash their hands more frequently than usual and please continue to help them remember to cover their sneeze/cough. The bugs that are going around already are icky and we are trying to keep our friends healthy.
Remember that tomorrow is our last full day. Friday October 8 is an EARLY DISMISSAL day. Our kids will be dismissed at 1pm. Please be sure you have made the appropriate arrangements.
Conferences are coming up next week. Be looking for your finalized conference time coming home tomorrow 10-7-10. Let me know if you have a conflict with your scheduled time. Otherwise, I will look forward to see you all next week.
